NOT ENSLAVED by ANY, and the relative levels therof, as given up by having accepted a level of OBLIGATION is often a relative level of being enslaved by request.
What if such an enslavement were a DELIBERATE deception? would it then be a contract of adhesion and unenforceable?
the answer is a resounding YES. and all you should have to do is simply deny enjoining in any contract. but the specific fact of deception is that IF the parties knowingly enjoin, it is accepted as obligatory to the contractual obligations and thus is LEGAL.
